Refund Policy

Last updated 25 August 2026

This policy explains what can and cannot be refunded at Ranoxy Clinic, and how to ask.

The $50 lab requisition

The $50 charge pays for clinician time: a licensed Ontario clinician reads your assessment and prepares a laboratory requisition specific to your answers and history.

It is refundable in full at any point before that requisition has been prepared. Once your clinician has reviewed your assessment and issued the requisition, the work has been done and the charge is non-refundable.

This step does not include an appointment, and does not include a review of your results. Those are part of the initial consultation, which is charged separately.

If we cannot treat you

If your assessment shows that we are not able to provide care through this pathway, we tell you before taking payment. If that only becomes clear after you have paid and before your requisition has been prepared, you receive a full refund.

Consultations and follow-up visits

Initial consultations and ongoing care visits are booked and paid through Jane, our patient booking system. The cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply, including any notice period and any charge for a missed appointment, are shown when you book and in your booking confirmation.

If you need to move an appointment, do it through your Jane account or call us, and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email info@ranoxyclinic.ca or call (289) 201-1949. Tell us the name you booked under and the date of the payment. Refunds are returned to the card that was charged, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
